云南天耀化工有限公司隶属于云天化集团有限责任公司(简称“云天化集团”)，是云天化集团为重点发展精细磷化工产业而组建的企业，专业从事精细磷化工产品的开发生产和基地建设。涉及的产品领域包括：磷系阻燃剂、特种磷酸、有机磷化工产品、精品黄磷等。

公司利用云南省化工研究院开发成功的“一步法聚磷酸生产技术”和该院承担的国家863 科技计划项目“聚磷酸铵生产技术”，建成年产12000 吨高品质多聚磷酸，年产10000吨食品级磷酸和年产5000 吨高品质聚磷酸铵装置各一套。装置设备先进、工艺成熟、有很高的自动化控制水平。

Yunnan Tianyao Chemical Co., Ltd. belongs to Yuntianhua Group Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Yuntianhua Group"), which is an enterprise set up by Yuntianhua Group to focus on the development of fine phosphorus chemical industry, specializing in the development, production and base construction of fine phosphorus chemical products.The products involved include: phosphorous flame retardant, special phosphoric acid, organic phosphorus chemical products, fine yellow phosphorus and so on.

Using the "One-step polyphosphate production Technology" successfully developed by Yunnan Institute of Chemical Industry and the "Ammonium polyphosphate Production Technology" of the National 863 science and Technology program undertaken by the institute, the company has built a set of high-quality polyphosphate with an annual output of 12,000 tons, food-grade phosphoric acid with an annual output of 10,000 tons and high-quality ammonium polyphosphate with an annual output of 5,000 tons.
